Do You Offer Direct Billing?Yes, we do offer Direct Billing to most third-party insurance companies. Please ask your insurance company to confirm if your benefit plans can be direct billed to and how many percent that your insurance can be covered for a massage treatment. If not, you will be issued a receipt that is claimable to your insurance group and pay upfront the rest of uncovered costs. There is 5 % GST will be added to each treatment cost. Forms of payment accepted are credit, debit, cash, and etransfer.

Are You Registered?Absolutely. All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and members of professional associations, which means your treatment may be eligible for insurance reimbursement.

What Will My Session Be Like?You will receive an email confirmation with parking instructions. If you are a new client, you will need to fill out a client intake form with your insurance information before your treatment. Please provide your information before your session to allow time to look over it. When you arrive, we will chat about your history, injuries, any conditions, range of motion, etc. and your goals for the session. There are choices of complimentary aromatherapy and massage oils that you can choose for your session. Then, your therapist will leave the room for a couple of minutes so you can undress to your level of comfort and lie face down under the blanket. When you're ready, your therapist will enter the room and adjust your position with bolsters, pillows, heat pads, and anything else you need to be comfortable. You will be covered by the blanket at all times except for the body part that needs to be treated. During the massage, your therapist will check in with you for feedback about the pressure, but please feel free to speak up about pressure, heat pad temperature and any adjustments you prefer. After the session, we will chat about home care (stretches, etc) and complete payment.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. If proper notice is not given, we will require a payment of 50% of the service. However, if you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment to prevent from passing it on. No fee will be charged due to cancellation because of sickness.

Do You Have Parking?For your convenience, you can park your vehicle on our driveway, which has enough space for 2 vehicles. Please make sure there is enough room for others when parking your vehicle. You also have the option of parking along the sidewalk in front of the property.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?We accept direct billing (where applicable), credit and debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

Is Your Clinic Wheelchair Accessible?Yes, our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible and offers plenty of free parking. We’re conveniently located near major roads and transit routes.
